His style of functioning is much evident in the management processes i.e. open culture, participative management practices, innovations, continuous improvement, speedy response, empowerment and enjoying one's job - are all hallmarks o company's culture.
Mrs P.Swetha Prabhakar is also a joint Director of the company and holds key position in the company .She looks after the entire marketing segment.She I holds a MBA degree from IIT Mumbai and also a Engineer.
